Refund Approval

Refunds are processed after returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos for review.
